# Agent Ops Command Center Product Tour

This tour shows what the paid Agent Ops Command Center pack is designed to replace: scattered chat transcripts, forgotten verification commands, and repeated agent mistakes.

The public preview includes a checklist, a run log template, and sample CSV files. The paid pack turns those pieces into a complete operating workspace.

## Who It Is For

- solo builders running Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or local agents;
- engineers who need proof before accepting an agent's work;
- founders using AI agents for product, release, QA, and documentation work;
- teams that want fewer repeated mistakes without adding process-heavy tooling.

## What The Full Pack Contains

| Area | What It Tracks | Why It Matters |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Agent Registry | Agent name, model, tools, best use, avoid list, verification needed | Pick the right agent for the job instead of guessing |
| Run Log | Objective, scope, changed files, verification, result, follow-up | Make every run reviewable later |
| Prompt Library | Prompt version, change reason, known failures, eval notes | Stop losing good prompt changes in chat history |
| Verification Ledger | Exact commands, URLs, screenshots, and pass signals | Keep "done" tied to evidence |
| Cost Tracker | Estimated tokens, cost, human minutes saved, notes | See when agent use is worth it |
| Failure Modes | Symptom, root cause, detection rule, prevention rule | Turn repeated mistakes into operating rules |
| Weekly Review | Wins, failures, spend, blocked work, next improvements | Improve the whole agent workflow every week |

## Free Preview vs Paid Pack

| Need | Free Preview | Paid Pack |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Run one safer agent task | Preflight checklist | Reusable run brief and verification ledger |
| Record a single AI coding run | Public run log template | Full run database with examples |
| Inspect data shape | Two sample CSV files | Six populated starter databases |
| Start in Notion | Manual copy from preview | Notion-ready workspace Markdown and import guide |
| Review failures weekly | Manual notes | Weekly operator review template |
| Package a repeatable workflow | Not included | Five operating templates |

## Example Workflow

1. Before the agent starts, write the objective, scope, stop condition, and verification command.
2. During the run, record files changed, commands run, and proof collected.
3. After the run, mark the result as passed, blocked, needs review, or reverted.
4. If the agent failed, add the root cause and prevention rule to the failure-mode database.
5. At the end of the week, review useful agents, expensive runs, repeated failures, and prompts worth keeping.

## Why It Costs $29

The pack is priced for builders who already spend time cleaning up agent work. One avoided bad merge, repeated prompt mistake, or missing verification step can save more than the price.

Launch target: 7 paid orders = `$203` gross.
